About Me
In the fourth grade I wrote my first essay. For some reason it was about fireplaces. The school published it and gave me a blue ribbon. And, so it began.
Highly Creative was euphemism my parents heard a lot.
Through it all, I wrote with the support of some thoughtful and talented educators. It surprised no one when I majored in Journalism and pursued the liberal arts.
After a brush with graduate school at L.S.U., I moved to Dallas where I've lived and worked for the better part of this century.
My work can be found streaming, in digital ads, on billboards and blogs, among the tiny instructions on product packages and echoing throughout convention centers across
North America.
My approach to each project is guided by a collective voice that gently reminds me:
The message is everything. And, when it's good, you won't have to tell a soul. They'll just feel it.
“You can make anything by writing.”
